LiL Ninjas Pre-School Martial Arts:
AGES 3 - 5 YRS OLD

Our LiL Ninja program will train your child into becoming a better focused, coordinated, more confident, and physically fit child. This program is exactly 30 minutes of high energy Edu-Tainment that children and parents alike are falling in love with. Our professional staff acknowledges the fact that children need instant gratification in order for them to learn, so every class will end with a mini-test on whichever growth area is covered for the day. If your child passes our mini-test he or she will be rewarded with a colorful stripe to show the child that he or she performed well for the day!

AGES (3-6 YEARS OLD)
Upon successfully graduating the LiL Ninja Pre-school Martial Arts program or with the approval of an Instructor your LiL Ninja will have the option of entering our MIGHTY NINJA PROGRAM. At this level the Ninjas are taught actual Martial Arts moves which would be very dangerous if taught to un-trained pre-school aged children. Mighty Ninjas receive training in Taekwondo, Boxing, Wrestling, Basic Judo, and Self-Defense. In addition to the training in Martial Arts we recognize that without proper character training, these children can take what they learn here at our studio and use it on their friends or siblings so we also implement a special program called POWERFUL WORDS. Designed by Dr. Robyn Silverman who has earned a P.H.D 
in Child Psychology and Adolescent Development. We sit the children down every Wednesday and have what is called a mat-chat, which reinforces what we are trying to teach our Ninjas. Every month we have a new theme that the Ninjas will be working on. From Leadership to Goal Setting this program is a must for parents who want their children to be the leaders not followers!
